How to Cancel Subscription

Open your iPhone Settings > tap your Apple ID at the top > Subscriptions > find Muslim Screen > tap Cancel Subscription. You'll keep access until the end of your billing period.

Change Prayer Calculation Method

In the app, go to Settings > Prayer Times > Calculation Method. Choose from options like Muslim World League, ISNA, Egyptian Authority, Umm Al-Qura, and more based on your region.

How to Disable App Blocking

Open the app > go to Settings > App Blocking > toggle off Enable Blocking. You can also change which apps are blocked or adjust the cooldown period.

Restore Purchases

If your subscription isn't recognized, open the app > Settings > scroll down and tap Restore Purchases. Make sure you're signed in with the same Apple ID used to purchase.

Prayer Times Not Accurate

Ensure Location Services are enabled for Muslim Screen in iPhone Settings > Privacy > Location Services. The app needs your location to calculate prayer times for your area.

Qibla Compass Issues

If the compass seems inaccurate, calibrate your iPhone's magnetometer by moving it in a figure-8 pattern. Also ensure there are no magnetic objects nearby that could interfere.
